  This well designed birdfeeder combines the benefits of a hopper type feeder and a platform feeder into one.  
  The fly-through design provides encouragement for a variety of birds to come and visit. The plastic hopper provides 8 quarts of practically any type of seed to encourage the widest variety of birds to come eat.  
  The copper roof provides protection and gorgeous decor for your birds. Birds can feed on all sides of the feeder.  
     
  An internal seed baffle ensures that seed flows onto the platform without leaving a dirty residue.  
The copper top is hinged to enable easy cleaning and filling.
  As the feeder ages the copper will develop a patina that will complement the aging cedar.
